TECHNICAL MEETING

TECHNICAL MEETING

This year’s ECD will have a Technical Meeting which will be done online. The procedure is as follows:

  1. You (the registered participants) may send your questions regarding the competitions. You could ask about everything, such as the rules, schedules, food, facilities, etc.
  2. The questions must be sent on Feb 15th, 2016 at the latest to the ECD’s e-mail address: 2016ecd@gmail.com or to ECD’s blog: fllecd2016.blogspot.com
  3. You may also send your questions via 2016 ECD’s account on Facebook: English Competition Days, Instagram: fll.ecd or call the contact persons of the ECD committee and you will get the direct answer.
  4. All the questions and the answers from the committee (including the questions and the answers from Facebook, Instagram, and direct call) will be posted on ECD’s website: fllecd2016.blogspot.com on Feb 18th, 2016.
  5. If the participants still have questions about ECD 2016 after Feb. 18th, they can send their questions to the ECD’s contact persons whose numbers are displayed throughout this invitation.
